A lifelong music lover, Ryley Perez has been a devout guitar player since the age of nine and has reached a very technically advanced skill level over the previous thirteen years. Additionally, he has since learned to play the bass guitar and has performed both instruments live with local groups in the Mandeville/Covington area of Louisiana. Reflecting on his musical journey, Ryley developed a mission to expand the gift of music to as many as possible.
Ryley has taught guitar for three years while working towards his marketing degree at LSU. Assisting students to build proper technique habits while expanding their repertoires and creative abilities has always been his specialty. Ryley crafted a method of teaching aimed to prevent common, self-sabotaging habits that frequently limit aspiring guitarists. He also ensures to keep the learning process fun and enthusiastic for his students by teaching material that is geared towards each student's stylistic preferences. However, his long-term goal is to help his students to discover and develop their true original style and provide them with all the tools necessary to do so.
